What is IV hydration therapy?
IV hydration delivers fluids and electrolytes directly into your bloodstream through a small IV line, so your body doesn’t have to absorb them through digestion first. Guests often come in after travel, a hard workout, a long week or a stretch of feeling run down. Recovery drips add vitamins and minerals for a specific goal.
Which hydration or recovery drip should I choose?
Choose Soother for stress, sore muscles and headaches, Restoration for general recovery and replenishment, or Powerpack for workouts and active recovery. If you only want fluids, the 100% Hydration drip is our most affordable option. Our team reviews your goals at check-in and confirms the right drip for you.
Can I add more fluids or vitamins to my drip?
Yes. Any Lifestyle Drip can be paired with extra fluids, so you get the right mix of hydration and micronutrients for how you feel that day. Ask our team when you book or at check-in.
How long does an IV hydration appointment take?
The 100% Hydration drip takes about 45 minutes in a comfortable recliner. Most other IV appointments take 30 to 60 minutes, and Quickshots typically take 15 minutes or less. Your first visit includes a brief medical screening that usually takes just a few minutes.
Do member discounts or the $50 offer apply to 100% Hydration?
No. The $129 100% Hydration drip isn’t eligible for membership credits, member discounts or the $50 first-drip offer. Those apply to $199 Lifestyle Drips such as Soother, Restoration and Powerpack. Memberships start at $99 a month, and Elevate members pay $149 per Lifestyle Drip.
Who administers the IVs?
IVs are placed by our experienced IV nurses, with clinical oversight from our Medical Director, P. Douglas Young. Every first-time guest receives a brief medical screening before treatment.
